The hotel offers a neat place with a great view of the lake. The double room had a very comfy bed and amenities like a safe box, mini bar, and central heating. The private bathroom was clean. The service was fantastic.

The hotel was modern and the stuff was professional, it had unbeatable location very close to the centre of town via taxi that cost around £2. The breakfast served was great with beautiful views, avocado and vegetarian sausages. Greatly enjoyed my time at the property, thank you very much...

The room we booked was stunning and tidy with a great view, big balcony and spacious wardrobe. It had cosy decor. The location was amazing and fab in an incredibly beautiful area, not far from beautiful lake Ukiel, the centre of town and the restaurant.

We loved this place! The rooms were spacious and quiet with beautiful views. The hotel was stunningly decorated, especially at night. The food at the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. this hotel was perfect for our stay.

The staff here was really nice and friendly, and the rooms were super clean and comfy. The food at the restaurant was fantastic for dinner, I tried some really delicious dishes. I didn't want to leave and would come back here any time. 😊

Wonderful views and fantastic service. the beds were incredibly comfortable and we woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready for our city trip. the breakfast selection was good and had a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the convenient location and being able to walk to all of the nearby attractions.
Housekeeping could use some improvement as our bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked and they hung our clothing in odd places. the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it took several attempts for it to be fixed.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the centre of town. the hotel offers a stunning view of the lake, which you can enjoy from the neighbouring balconies. the room is spacious and the double bed is large and comfortable. the staff is friendly and speaks English well.
The breakfast could be more diverse, as mentioned by some guests in their reviews.
